This notice covers the private Joki Radar pilot operated by the owner of Threads account @aizzatarfa. Contact that account for privacy questions, correction or deletion requests. We may ask you to verify your email before acting on a request.

What we collect and why

• Your preferred name and email support registration, email verification, sign-in and access administration. Email links become available when our sender is connected.
• Your Headway trading account number is used to check network membership and account ownership. It is required for indicator access, but not to register interest. Never send us trading passwords or identification documents through this form.
• Optional WhatsApp number, market interests and experience help tailor updates. Optional email and WhatsApp marketing choices are recorded separately with the notice version and time. Choosing neither does not affect access eligibility.
• We store signup time, application status, review records and campaign tags from the registration URL to understand which campaigns bring registrations. Security services may process connection information; the application uses your connection IP for short-lived rate limiting.

Contact choices and access

Verification and account-service messages are separate from marketing. We only activate email marketing eligibility after email verification and an email opt-in. WhatsApp marketing remains disabled until number ownership can be verified. No advertising pixels or advertising audience uploads are introduced by this registration flow.

Use your verified email link to manage preferences, unsubscribe from either channel, or withdraw your application. Withdrawal stops marketing and suspends approved access. You can also request help, correction or deletion from the owner through the contact above.

Storage and sharing

Registration information is stored on the project's hosted server and is visible only to the owner through the protected administration area. Infrastructure providers process data to host and secure the service; an email delivery provider processes your email and service messages when configured. Hosting or delivery may involve processing outside your country. Registration contact records are not sent to our AI research, design or marketing agents by this feature.

We do not sell registration information or send your trading account number to advertising platforms. Your account number may be used with Headway to verify eligibility. Opening the external Headway referral link takes you to Headway, whose own privacy terms apply. We may receive commission from eligible trading activity.

Retention

We retain applications and preference records while needed to manage the pilot, your access and your choices. The pilot owner reviews retention and handles deletion requests. Withdrawal does not itself erase the record; it preserves your request not to receive marketing. Request deletion through the contact above if you want your registration information removed, subject to any necessary legal or security retention.
